Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays & pre-order items) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. 

The order confirmation email does not mean the product is ready for collection then and there as this is indicated by our "ready for pickup" automated email once the order is fulfilled by a staff member.

In-store pickup

As the name suggests this is for customers who wish to place the order online and then come into our retail store in Tanah Merah, QLD to pick up the items. This will help to save time as your order will be pre-packed, any items we need to order in will be ordered and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ifsales@irresistibleforce.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Free Shipping (AUS) is via Australia Postage Standard Mail for Orders over $200

 

Flat Rate Shipping (AUS) of $10.00  is via Australia Postage Standard Mail for Orders less than $200

 

Pick Up from Store - $0.00

Irresistible Force does reserve the right to charge  standard shipping rates on large orders or bulky items.
