There may come a time where a customer wishes to return merchandise purchased from Irresistible Force either via the online or retail store. There are instances where products become damaged during transit, the incorrect product is purchased/shipped or a customer simply changes their mind. Irresistible Force's customer service driven philosophy understands there are times where a customer wishes to return products for one or many of the aforementioned reasons. Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Regardless for the reason for the request to return merchandise we will accept the return of said merchandise only if it is in a saleable condition and notification is within 7 days of receipt. Saleable condition includes but is not limited to having all packaging undamaged and not tampered with, and all contents of the merchandise package still included.
Opened packages will be accepted for return if there is proof of damaged or missing elements of the product with in the package and there is sufficient belief beyond reasonable doubt the damage/missing elements of the product were not due to misuse by the purchaser. This is at the discretion of Irresistible Force.
In the advent of an accepted return Irresistible Force will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian Dollars for the original purcahse price as printed on the official Irresistible Force receipt. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country outside of Australia. All prices on the website include GST.
