Returns Policy

Refund policy:
There may come a time where a customer wishes to return merchandise purchased from Irresistible Force either via instore or online.  There are instances where products may become damaged during transit, the incorrect product is purchased/shipped or a customer simply changes their mind.


Irresistible Force's customer service driven philosophy understands there are times where returning a product is the next step in resolution.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit or Refunds:
Regardless for the reason our customers have for the request to return merchandise we will accept the return of said merchandise within 7 days of receipt purchase and following the below conditions:
- The products being returned are in sealed, unused,and re-sellable condition
- Proof of Purchase; Product is emailed to hello@irresistibleforce.com.au accompanies the returned product.
- The product is NOT a Trading Card Game (TCG), Collector Card Game or Sports Card product.
- The product is NOT being used as a trade up or in for similar or newer line Item products
E.g. Gamesworkshop Model Kit purchased and then a newer kit set to be released within the week will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund.


All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff upon request of a return into our store to ensure the above conditions are met. This is done prior to approving and processing an online refund. It is an expectation that our customers advise us of any issues relating to their order prior to returning the product to us for consideration.
Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise:
Unfortunately, there are some cases where an item may be received damaged or defective due to errors encountered in manufacturing by the product’s manufacturer/ publisher, or by our courier partners.  We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in a damaged condition or as a result of a picking error on our behalf.  No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Items that do not fall under these guidelines will need to be replaced by the manufacturers themselves as outlined below.
Defective/Damaged items include (but are not limited to):
- Broken/ Missing parts
- Damage sustained during delivery

Defective items do not include:
- Products specified as a random assortment of potential items where a specific item was not received
- Products which include cards subject to a random draw or items of a random chance nature this is including TCG products and the similar likes in items.
If we determine the product you have received is indeed faulty within our guidelines, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies.                              - Any incorrect use of the product resulting in damage, missing parts, or misuse. i.e. Airbrush not being cleaned, maintained, and not performing its basic function due to neglect.
- A replacement of the faulty part (including postage paid by us, where applicable)
- A replacement of the entire faulty product (including postage paid by us, where applicable)
- A potential full refund of the purchase price for the affected product (including postage, where deemed applicable)
