The Panzer IV H is the primary tank of most Panzer and Panzergrenadier divisions in 1944. In some cases (such as the 21. Panzerdivision) it is the only type of tank available to the Panzer Regiments.

The Panzer IV H is a good solid medium tank in the late war, easily equal to the Sherman or T-34. It is Fully-tracked and has Armour of Front 6, Side 3 and Top 1. It is armed with a Co-ax MG, Hull MG, and 7.5cm KwK40 gun.
